Using the Aero platform, we developed a customised ecommerce store that integrated seamlessly with Jules B’s existing EPOS and despatch systems. Jules B is a renowned fashion retailer offering designer clothing, shoes and accessories for men and women.

Founded in 1984 as a small boutique in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne, Jules B quickly grew from offering womenswear to including menswear due to rising demand.

Known for quality and unique fashion, Jules B is now a leading retailer providing a curated collection of luxury designer clothing, shoes, and accessories for men and women. With four boutique locations across Northern England and a thriving online store serving customers worldwide, Jules B is committed to exceptional fashion experiences, emphasising customer satisfaction and attention to detail.

With ambitious growth plans, Jules B needed a website and platform that could evolve alongside the business. We integrated the Aero platform with Jules B's existing EPOS system (Eurostop) and despatch system (GFS). This involved creating custom integration modules to ensure smooth communication and data exchange between these systems, improving operational efficiency.

The successful integration streamlined operations, allowing Jules B to manage more products, process more orders, and increase revenue without additional resources. We also extended their marketing and sales channels by integrating with platforms like Fruugo, Love the Sales, eBay and Amazon, positioning the Aero platform as a central hub for omnichannel sales.

Additionally, we implemented various payment options including Klarna, Apple Pay and PayPal, offering customers flexible payment choices and enhancing the shopping experience.
