Ecommerce agency built around how your business operates

When basic support stops being enough

Retailers reach a point where the platform stops being a website and starts being part of the operation. At that point, you should not have to fight through layers of account management to explain a technical problem.

You should not have to shape your business to fit the limits of an ecommerce platform. And when you ask for something, the answer shouldn’t be ‘that can’t be built’.

What makes us different?

Just because it’s hard doesn’t mean

it’s impossible.

We’re limitless by design.

Trusted with the difficult.

Clients at our core

We’re a developer-led ecommerce agency

We’re developer-led, not sales-led

We’re developer-led, not sales-led

Techquity is built around people who understand the work. Our founders are developers, and the people shaping the scope are close enough to know what should be built, what should wait, and where the real complexity sits.

That changes the conversation. We are not trying to sell the easiest package. We are trying to find the route that actually fits the business.

Lean enough to stay close to the work

Lean enough to stay close to the work

We’re not trying to bring in hundreds of clients all the time. We’re in a position where we can be more considered than that.

That means looking after the clients we’ve already got, building long-term relationships, and bringing in a slower, steadier set of projects we actually want to work on. The kind where we can get properly into the problem, feel like part of the team, and build something bespoke that makes the business better.

Our Process
  1. Stage 01

    Meet the team

Introduction to the assigned project team, here for you every step of the way.

  2. Stage 02

    Discovery

Understand the project requirements, goals, and objectives. This is the research phase where the team gathers all necessary information from stakeholders.

  3. Stage 03

    Design

Craft a blueprint or prototype that reflects the client's vision, taking into consideration the user experience and overall functionality.

  4. Stage 04

    Design sign off

Get formal approval from stakeholders to move forward with the approved design.

  5. Stage 05

    Build & develop

Start building the product or system based on the signed-off design. This is the coding or construction phase.

  6. Stage 06

    Testing & snagging

Ensure that everything works as expected. Identify and fix any issues before the product is released.

  7. Stage 07

    Go live

Launch the project or system to its intended audience, making it publicly available or deployed to its final environment.

  8. Stage 08

    Ongoing support

Provide continued support and maintenance to ensure the system or project remains operational and up-to-date.

Bespoke ecommerce

Less operational friction and better internal efficiency, because your team stops working around the platform.
