Scarlett is the Chief Marketing Officer at Techquity, with over a decade of experience delivering tailored, goal-driven marketing strategies for growing brands. Having spent much of her career working brand-side, she brings a strong commercial mindset and a clear focus on aligning marketing activity with wider business objectives.

At Techquity, Scarlett leads the marketing department, overseeing the delivery of client marketing services while driving the growth of the Techquity brand. She works closely with clients and the internal team to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and support long-term business growth.

// What’s your favourite part of working here?

Having spent most of my career working brand-side, I really enjoy the variety of clients I get to work with and the opportunity to understand so many different businesses. No two challenges are the same, which keeps the role exciting and constantly evolving.

I also love helping the team grow into the best versions of themselves. Seeing people develop confidence, sharpen their skills, and take ownership of their work is incredibly rewarding.

// What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I’m a mum first and foremost. I also love switching off with a good coffee, usually a skinny vanilla latte, and spending time baking cakes. It’s my way of unwinding and doing something creative away from screens and strategy decks.

// What’s the most exciting project you’ve worked on recently?

The most exciting projects are always the ones where marketing becomes a real part of business decision-making rather than an afterthought. Recently, that’s been working with clients who want to properly understand their customers, refine their positioning, and build strategies that directly support growth, not just short-term campaigns.

Seeing those strategies come to life and start delivering tangible results is what makes the work genuinely exciting.

// Favourite tech or tool?

I’m less focused on one specific tool and more on how tools are used. That said, anything that helps connect data, strategy, and execution in one place is invaluable. Tools that improve visibility, reporting, and decision-making allow us to be far more effective and aligned with client goals.
