Gemma Rogers

Gemma started her career in the jewellery industry, which led her to a role as an eCommerce manager, where she gained experience across all areas of eCommerce, from product uploads to shaping the customer journey. Transitioning into a Client Success role at Techquity has allowed her to explore a wide range of processes and contribute ideas that help clients streamline their operations and work more effectively. 

// What’s your favourite part of working here?

I enjoy the opportunity to learn something new each week and value being part of a supportive, collaborative team. 

// What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love getting out for walks, spending quality time with my family, and unwinding with a glass (or two!) of wine.

// What’s the most exciting project you've worked on recently?

Redesigns have been a highlight recently. It’s always exciting to see a website evolve, transforming from something already great into a fresh, modern version with new features and benefits that add value for both clients and their customers.

Teamwork - it keeps everything organised!
